Hi Guys,
I started cambridge diet 4 weeks ago and the last two weeks ive been piking at fod and its showed in my weigh ins:(

Its a new month and i worked it out that its 85 days till xmas eve so i want to loose around 3 stone and i would need to loose 3.5 lb every week to get to my goal.
Do you think that this is possible. I also need a buddy coz im finding it hard doing it myself :|

3.5lbs a week is a very attainable target, you can make that easily if you stick to the plan! Im assuming you are on SS? Why not move up to SS+? that way you can actually eat, maybe youll be less inclined to pick at food and your weight loss should be just as rapid.
