New year, new diet, this time it's going to work!

Ok so today is going pretty well so far *touch wood*

Breakfast
Weetabix and milk (HEx A & B)
Banana

Mid morning snack
Plum
WW carrot cake slice (3.5 syns)
Instant Hot chocolate (2.5 syns)

Lunch
Ham sandwich (1.5 syns) HEx B
Melon chunks
2 plums

Dinner is going to be:
Mushroom and spinach cannelloni with a bit of cheese (HEx A)
If I still have room for pudding going to aim for fruit and yoghurt!

I swear I'm eating more on this diet than I did before hand, and losing weight!

Still feeling quite positive and determined today, aching from my shred last night though, having night off from it tonight as I really struggled. Trying to do it 5 days a week to give my muscles time to rest.

Half a ham sandwich with salad cream light and bit of butter (3 syns)
2 plums and some melon
Mint muller yogurt
Can of diet coke

Not decided yet, maybe a pasta n sauce as need something quick I can eat.

Might have angel delight for dessert (3.5 syns)

Going to weigh tomorrow, first time in 2 weeks as been too scared after having naughty weekends!

Just been naughty and had a homemade, jam filled, cream topped cupcake from my friend at work as it's her birthday and she made some cakes to bring in, seemed rude not to eat one. Tasted incredible! Probably as it was about 200 million syns! :)

Ok so no angel delight for me tonight..... Just pasta n sauce for dinner.

Whoops, not good for weigh in tomorrow.

Going cinema tonight to see The Vow, going for a drink before so gonna have G & slimline T (4 syns)

Might use some other syns in the day if I feel like it, might get a curly wurly....

Like you said, it's not a gain. A loss is a loss but hopefully it'll mean you'll have a bigger one next week if you stay on track :)

So jealous that you're going to see The Vow. I'm desperate to see it but OH is so fussy about watching films at the cinema - he won't watch anything too romantic haha!
 
Hehe, I know what you mean. I organised to go with a load of girls as OH wasn't fussed about seeing it either. It was pretty good, a bit slow going in places, but I enjoyed it :)

Not posted in ages! Had a pretty naughty weekend as hubby was away and couldn't be bothered to cook to mostly ate rubbish so expecting a gain tomorrow even though I've been an angel on week days!

Diet red bull

Not decided on dinner yet but can't possibly stomach another pasta n sauce so might be beans on toast with a bit of cheese (He A & B)
Bought a snack size milkyway for later (5.5 syns)

Total syns 12

Feel like I've eaten too much today, even though it's not been naughty. Anyone else ever feel like that?

Not updated in ages again! Had a really bad week last week, massive tax bill from like 2 years ago that my Hubby calculated wrong (whoops!) and on the same day found out my work is in serious trouble and might be going into liquidation!

So found it pretty hard to stick to diet as been stressing all week but reckon I dieted about 4 days out of the 7.
Been really good today though, currently making fanta sweet and sour chicken which I was a bit skeptical about but I've just tried the sauce and it is lush!

Hope everyones having a better week than me!
