Hiya -Sorry for being thick but are we supposed to copy the members weight loss list into our Signature? if so which one is the original/most up to date ?.... are we supposed to update our own records? My loss isnt showing on the list so im assuming im doing something wrong !!

That's fantastic!! What days did you use? Apart from just eating lots of fruit in the morning?

I have to say fruit is one of the main things that use to help my weight loss, Ill have to stock up!!

Hi,

You just copy the version of the list thats nearest the bottom (as this will be the most up to date) and add your loss on to it and then paste it into the forum :) you then update yours everytime to make a loss

OMG, thats fantastic! Can you post your last weeks menu, - I think we will all be having what you had last week to see if we can do the same!
 
well i had lots of water, stayed away from fizzy drinks as i found that i was drinkin 3 cans of diet coke a day. only snacked on superfree foods and ate plenty of fruit for breakie and made sure i had my 1/3 superfree!


oh and half an hour every night on my ea sports active! it crunches lunges running tennis kickboxing if ya have a wii it like having your own fitness instrutor in you house!! a much better work out than the wii fit and wii fit plus ( which i do have both of) plus u dont need a wii fit board.

all i did was try different things like my first week i made sure i ate me superfree fodds second week combined that with more water then my third week added good execise in the mix!
 
ok so far today i have had 2 bananas, 2 apples (breakfast) a plain jacket with half a tin of beans ( for my lunch) and a punnet of cherry toms and half a cucumber in sticks to nibble on!

plus 2 pints of water. cup of tea with coffe mate light 1 syn ( 1 syn per teaspoon or 1.5 for 2)
and i'm gonna have an options as a mid afternoon treat 2.5 syns
