new year, new start, new me :0

hello everyone
happy new year hope you had a good one.

i am starting a new diary for the new year. i know its a long way but by next xmas i do hope to be at target :)
i will just chat on here and put my food diary on here as well. over xmas i put on 2 pounds so i am now 10.2

tuesday 3rd january ee day
breakie - muller light yogurt
snacks - 6 x finn crisp hxb
hxa - 250ml semi skinned milk
lunch - tortilla wrap (5 syns) with duck and lettuce

I love following diaries from the start! Saw tr post in the 10-9's thread! Looking forward to us both being in the 9's this year!! Xx

Hi lollypop. Hope u dont mind me dripping in! I popped in from the 10's to 9's thread too but think I'll be there a while yet!!

Loving the new start thing! I have lost 30lb in 2011 and hoping to lose another 21 this year. Bit of a blip over Christmas - put 4lb on - and another blip today (eeeek) but tomorrow is a new start that I will be keeping!! X

tuesday 3rd janauary ee day
dinner - tuna in a wrap (5 syns)

10 syns in total yesterday and i did 20 mins of zumba :)

wednesday 4th january
breakie - orange with dark sprinkled chocolate muller light
lunch - tuna
snacks - hxb 6 x finn crisp

hopeing to go swimming tonight for a few hours but my asthma is playing up so might not be able to :( how is everyone?

wednesday 4th jan ee day
dinner - quorn chicken pieces with cucumber and cheese in a wrap (9 syns)
so 11 syns for wednesday

i risited last night from eating anything bad as have had bad news about my car.

thursday 5th jan ee day (weigh in day)
breakie - muller light yogurt vanilla with dark sprinkled chocolate
lunch - baked beans with chicken quorn
snacks - hxb 6 x finn crisp ( i have a light babybell if i fancy it)
sugar free engergy drink
6 x glasses of water
tea during the day with sweetner and my hxa 250ml semi skinned milk

good morning all

put on 1.5 this week so i am now 10.3.5 but i dont mind, from now on 100% and loser cruiser for me.

friday 6th janaury ee day (100% week day 1)
breakie - muller light yogurt, vanilla with dark chocolate sprinkled
lunch - baked beans with chicken quorn pieces
snacks - hxb 6 x finn crisp, hxa 250ml semi skinned milk

plan to do some zumba tonight but it all depends on how my car gets on today

lunch - turkey, beef, gerkins and beetroot
dinner - beef and beetroot and a tortilla wrap
hxa - 250ml semi skinned milk
5 syns for the day

also today 40 mins of exercise done
20 mins zumba
20 mins day 1 level 1 30 day shred

dinner - not to sure yet will decide when i get home from work

i am hoping to do another 40 mins of exercise again tonight but i have hurt my back a lil :(
