After Crimbo i took the plunge and started my new journey - all aboard Skinny Road!
The first leg of this journey was destination New You....relatively new and probably unheard of by many of you (i too didnt know what it was)! I wont lie to any of you - it works on the basis of VLCD via total food replacement. However, the product range is huge and continually growing!
Mind over matter and hey im still en route and STILL going strong - on here for that extra level of support and to be honest another distraction to keep my fingers busy and away from my mouth!!
