Hi everyone,
I started the induction phase of Atkins last Thursday, 1st October. I tried it before last year for a couple of weeks but it was quite a half hearted attempt and I soon gave it up, but I'm back now after trying all sorts of other diets and getting nowhere in the long term.. I've tried Alli, low-fat/calorie, even a few weeks of borderline starvation in my desperation. Last week I felt I was ready to give low-carbing another go, properly this time. I'm fed up with switching from one diet plan to another and never getting anywhere..
I've read DANDR before and I feel quite confident that I know what I'm doing, so really I'm just looking for some moral support
I haven't weighed myself at all because I tend to get obsessed and any slight change on the scales can really get to me and throw me off track, so I'm going by how my clothes feel. And I think they're fitting better already
Thanks for reading and any support much appreciated...
Colette
