Hi, I started exante TS 3 weeks ago and have lost a stone already.....if I can do it so can you. drink lots of water and try to vary your shaks etc so you won't get bored! you can add coffee or mint tea to your choc shakes to make them more interesting. I find a glass of coke zero keeps the me from wanting to nibble! you'll find you get loads of support on here :) have a great day and stay strong x
