Hi Guys and Gals,

I'm meeting my CDC tonight so tomorrow will be the start of a new me (hopefully). I don't actually consume many calories (which is probably hurting me even more - hello body panicking and clinging to fat) at the moment, I drink A LOT of water and usually have a large unhealthy dinner at around 8pm. This means not only have I not eaten all day but I go to bed with a full stomach thus not burning any of it off!

I'm only hoping to lose around 2 stone as I weigh quite heavy for my size and at the moment am only a size 10-12. At 9 stone I am usually a size 8.

I've also bought a cross trainer so that should be fun haha! Wish me luck :D

Hey lauren, good luck for tmrw. I just started day one today and so far Im kicking its arse! :-D got two stone to lose too. Bring it on Cambridge!! X
