I should have said a little bit about me

The plan I am following is Slimming World. Why? Because I just can't calorie count, measuring isn't for me, I love my food (and red wine!) and the new EE plan on SW seems to tick all the boxes for me

I live in Staffordshire, I'm 42 years old, married with 2 lovely kids (DD almost 13 & DS10) and I work full time.

I had a good first week loss of 4.5lbs last Thursday and fingers crossed I've knocked a lb off this week. I won't let it get me down if I haven't lost much as I can tell from the different foods I've been eating this has got to be better for me and the weight will come off eventually
