Making a 0 point soup today as I start nights tonight for 2. Just thrown some onion carrots and swede into a pan with stock and seeing what happens.

Hiya, I work night too, how do you cope with food and nights, I have a lot of free time on nights and keep picking !!!

I try and eat 0 point stuff, soup and jellies. I usually crave sweet things at night, so try and have yogurts on standby.
