Newbie! First Attempt at Dieting...

Hi everyone, I'm new to the community and have popped over here for a bit of support.

I am a first time dieter, currently on day 3 of 'How the Rich Get Thin' - during my teenage years I had a wonderful metabolism which meant I could eat absolutely anything and still be thin, now that I am older however I am struggling to fit into my jeans and am feeling rather miserable because of it. Due to my past eating habits, my recent change in metabolism is requiring a lot of willpower to stick to my diet - hopefully talking to some fellow dieters on these board will help to keep me going!
