Day 7 food diary

15st 9 weighed at SW this eve (my new scales lie!!)

Breakfast

Banana
Clementines x 2

Snack

Clementines x 2

Lunch

Half a fresh pineapple
Mandarin mullerlight
Apple
2 x wholemeal bread HeB
Mug shot chicken
1 x light laughing cow HeA

250ml s/skimmed milk in various teas/coffees.

Didn't have dinner as was feeling really nervous before my first group (absolutely no need as it was fab!!)

BRING ON EXTRA EASY!!!
