Hello Everyone!

My name is Heather and I decided to join minimins to help with my weight loss. I always find that having support, regardless of if it is virtual or not, always helps in being successful.

I'm not planning on DIETING per se, but more of changing the way I eat forever. Portion Control, no soda, etc. etc.

My exercising, however, will change. I hope to run a 5k by the end of summer. I can't wait to get started. :D

Hello from a fellow newbie :)

Well done for being motivated to run a 5k by the summer! I don't have the right attitude for something like that, so I have a lot of respect for those who do!

Your idea of a lifestyle change as opposed to a diet is similar to what I would like to do. So good luck!! :)
