Hi Guys
So I am starting SW next Wednesday with a goal of getting from my current weight of 13st 10lbs to 11st by 15th October 2013 as I am going on an amazing trip to Goa and thinkn this is the best goal to set to keep me motivated. Do you think this goal is achieveable?
Has anybody else recently joined with similar goals to me or just looking to stay in touch and keep each other motivated? I'm planning on posting every week after weigh in and was hoping to share experiences and perhaps recipe ideas etc.
