Hi Everyone,

Hope you all had a good festive season

I did and I'm now paying for it, oops. :break_diet:

Monday was Day 1 for me and I weighed 246 pounds, so 17 stone 8 .. i think.

Weigh in day Monday to see if I have managed to shift any weight, TOTM has arrived BOO. So who knows lol?

Plan on exercising like a trooper.
