    Hi all
    New to SaS. To be honest, only heard about it yesterday and plan to buy then variety pack today. I bought the exante intermittent fasting pack recently but since hearing about SaS and seeing the variety I thought I'd give it a go

    Planning on doing 2 shakes a day & a meal to start with, does this method work?

    Also I noticed a lot of talk re ketosis? What is this? How do you know when you are in it?

    Welcome is rather quiet here but there are 2 options. Either 3 packs a day and a protein meal with veg allowance or just 4 packs a day with veg allowance.
