Newbie joining ww in the morning!

Hi everyone!

I'm new to the site and joining ww in the morning, I've recently had a baby and have managed to gain 2 stone in the process! I'm now 11 stone and 5ft 2. Feeling really depressed about it at the minute as I've always been a petite size 8 :( would love to get down to about 9 stone 10! Anyone got any tips or advice? Thanks :)

Hi, I am looking at joining this week, my youngest turned 1 last week and i need to stop doing nothing and start losing, good luck x
 
Hi,don't be afraid to use your weeklies,exercise is a must I find and drink plenty of water! All sound obvious but it does help! Good luck to both of you on your WW journey :0)
