Only 0.5lbs this week...a little annoying as I have been very good but star week is due very soon and I can gain up to 4lbs in the few days before. Grrrr. Stick with it and hopefully a very good loss next week.

Off to see Hunger Games this weekend so looking forward to it. Will report back next week. Happy Slimming!

Picked up my 9.5 stone award last night. Chuffed is an understatement!! 6lbs to my 10 stone target. Gonna get to 12 stone loss and maintain for a few months.
