Hi everyone,

Started Dukan today, after hearing good things and reading the book through it appealed to me far more than the greasiness of Atkins. (I have gallstones so Atkins really didn't agree with me).

Glad to find this forum for support. Can someone have a scan over today's menu and let me know if I'm track please?

B - Prawn Omelette
L - FridgeRaiders and a Galette with Smoked Salmon
D - Lean trimmed Steak
S - Crabsticks
Drinks - 2l water, green teas

What are fridge raiders? they're the only thing causing concern... at your current weight, you need to be eating quite a bit of protein, so if you can post quantities (even vague ones) that'd be good!

Hello and welcome, BeauBaby. Must admit that I avoided those Fridge Raiders. When I took a look at them, they seemed to contain some not so good ingredients. If I were you, I'd dump them.

oooh now that I've had time to google them, definitely not OK for Dukan.

Hi, and welcome :D i am starting this week :D i would keep away from fridge raiders especially as they are so mourish lol
