    Hi all

I started the Dukan yesterday and wondering if someone can look at my food list:

    Day 1

    • Brekkie - 2 fat free vanilla yogurts
    • Lunch - Smoked Mackeral and cottage cheese
    • Snack - skinny capaccino
    • Dinner - Steak, 2 poached eggs and a few pickled gerkins and onions.
    • Oatbran Pancake - I hated this, was like an omelette , am I doing it right?
Drinks, diet coke, and about 1.5litres of water.

    Day 2

    • B - 2 fat free vanilla yogurts and 1.5tbsp oat bran.
    • L - Smoked Salmon and Cottage cheese
    • D - 2 salmon steaks baked with soy, spring onion, garlic and ginger, with a mint and yogurt sauce.
    • Desert - Vanilla custard
Diet Dr Pepper, Diet coke and lots of water.

If someone can let me know how to cook the pancake, so it actually looks and tastes like a pancake that would be great :).

    Thank you :D:D

The vanilla yogurt has sugar so steer clear. Look in the recipe section for the failproof galette recipe; lots of us make muffins and other things with the oatbran. Soy sauce is a tolerated item so not suitable for Attack.

There is a list of tolerated items here (not for attack).

Do you have the book? Also have you looked in the FAQ section - you might find that helpful.

Thanks M Mouse, I thought with WW yogurt it was fat free, so allowed. I will look at flavouring them now. Is the flavouring (food flavourings) in the cake making section, the small plastic bottles allowed to use in yogurts?

    Thanks :)

a drop or two is fine but it's best if you can find them without oil . Sweetener cheers the yogurt up no end!

I was in Lakeland yesterday and their orange and lemon flavouring is made from the citrus skin oil, same as what you buy from the Dukan shop.
