Newbie starting tomorrow!!

    Hi everyone, I'm starting cs tomorrow and Ive got about 4 stones:cry: to lose after having a baby. I could do with any tips to get me through the first week please. :D

    Im only on day 2 so not really! Plenty of water and def def def hide the chocolate - i was very tempted this morning! Making my son (whos 3) nutella on toast nearly killed me.

    caramel shake is amazin!!!!!!

    I could do with a buddy too!

    Hi and welcome :)

    The main tip I can give you is to be prepared, stock up on lots of low carb food and plan meals so you dont get in of an evening and end up having something you shouldnt because you cant think what to have!

    Eat your snacks and drink lots of water, I cant drink plain water so I add a little bit of sugar free squash.

    Also if chocolate is your thing I can highly recommend the atkins bars as they are very yummy when you really need that choc fix :)
