Newbie to slimming world. Will reach my target

Hi,

Im new to slimming world but have a few books to go by. If anyone sees anything im doing wrong please let me know.

I'm looking to loose about 2stone. I have sent june target at 7lbs to loose. I really hope I can make a good dent in it if not all of it.
Today plan

Breakfast - bacon and breakfast muffin (8 syns)

Dinner - massive salad and pasta

Tea - chicken potatos peas and carrotts.

Snack - muller yoghurt

Syns - 8/12

D- big salad pasta
T- chilli and rice

Snacks- muller yogurt, jelly (0.5 syns) walkers x&o (4.5) and cheesestring (3.5)

Total 8.5/12
 
Yesterday didn't go as planned but I went for a run to try make the damage less.

Today is a new day and new food plan.

B- x2 alpen light bars and banana
D- pasta salad, lettuce, cucumber, pasta and beef slice (no fat)
T- sw chilli and rice

Snacks- muller yogurt, jelly (0.5), x&o crisp (4.5)

Total- 5/12

Exercise- 30 day shred and arm challenge

What level on the shred are you ? I love the shred but like to do it 1st thing in the morning. And I have to be focused to do it though.
 
Im only starting today. So level 1. I've done it before but never for very long. Are you doing it at the moment?

Ive just managed to sit in mcds and not order a single thing. Came home and had a yummy salad and yoghurt.

This I am proud of!
 
Todays plan is

B- fruit and muller yoghurt
D- cajun chicken on barm (9)
T- stewed steak and mash

Snacks- jelly (1) fruit, ham

Total = 10/12

Going to the park with lo and friends so lots of walking too

Woje up starving so I grab 2 chocolate biscuits. Stupid me but nevermind.

Might take little one to the park later.
 
Ive had a bad day with food today. But ive got to draw a line under today and start a fresh tomorrow.

B- bacon (no fat) omelette
D-
T- bbq, steak, chicken and 1 burger (5) barm (7.5)

Snacks - fruit

Total= 12.5/12

I know it slightly over but its my oh birthday so I want to not be too strict.
