Newbie to slimming world. Will reach my target

So ive had 2 days off plan but im back on it today and hoping for a loss of maybe 1or2lbs which I will be happy with.

B- x2 alpen light bars and banana
D- chicken salad
T- steak and rice

Snacks, muller yoghurt and x&o crisp (4.5)
 
So feeling fresh this morning but a bit lazy as I haven't sone any exercise since last week apart from walking oopps.

B- x2 alpen light bars and x2 satsumas
D- lettuce cucumber tomatoes chicken and cheese
T- pork chops potatoes peas and carrots

Snacks- muller yoghurt, strawberries, apple, banana and x&o crisp (4.5)

Total syns= 4.5/12

Only 3 days to weigh in eeekk
