I am fine thanks Jessica , I had my Dr's weigh in today his scales are the same as mine and I have lost 2stone 10lb yippee
he was so happy for me and explained so much on how the body works ect ...burning fat and when you know your burning protein(muscle) ect ....

i am doing just fine 
Just back from the dr!!!
very happy with this doctor - I think he's the nicest doctor i've ever met in my life!!!!
anyways it looks like my progesterone is low - which is why I miscarried this month. on the 7th he's going to start me on supps i think
I have to go in for an ultrasound on the 7th - to see how the clomid is doing
and then on the 14th I go and get some more blood work done.
now heres hoping we don't miss out to much on my fertility window with my FH gone
if not there will be next mth - fingers crossed!!!
