    Hi everyone, I'm emma and back on WW after three years, this time round I was my lowest starting weight ever, and so far had 1.5 to 2lb weight loss per week, so far I've lost 7.5lb. I was 15st8 when I started, but like I say I've been much much heavier,
    I'm a mum, to 3 fantastic boys and it's for them I'm doing it,
    I sometimes suffer from depression, which spurs my bad eating habits so it's on these days I need the motivation to keep going, that's why I'm here.
    So roll on Tuesday, if I lose 3.5 lb I'll have done my 5% but I'll be happy whatever,
