Hi - I just found the Minimins site and posted a quick message in the introduction section. I've been doing Lighter Life since September and have lost 48 pounds so far. I had a couple of weeks break over Christmas - ate what I wanted - put on 5 pounds but I think most of it will go this week. I'm hoping to have a BMI below 25 by May. Looking forward to meeting you and sharing tips and motivation over the next few months. We can do it! We will do it!

Welcome to minimins and congratulations on your losses so far!! And well done for only putting 5ibs on over Christmas, that's great :) I think it's good to give yourself a break as there is more to life than just dieting! But it's good that you've got back on to lighter life to get to your final goal :)
