No it shouldn't make much of a difference having the bars instead of shakes.

Just make sure you drink plenty of water (you should be anyway on SF) but I found that the bars made me constipated If I didn't drink!

Gemma I've only started 2day 2...how are u finding it so far? I must say the bars I have had so far are really yummy! X

I must say I did used to enjoy the chocolate meal bars (i hade the Tesco ultra slim ones but I can imagin there pretty much the same) they were really quite big and tasty!

Unfortunatly I can't have them anymore as I've had braces fitted and there a bit hard and chewey to manage!!!..... Sulk!! ;-)
