Hi all

Have picked up my Cambridge packs today, but not starting until Monday because I am away this weekend.

Im really excited and cant wait to see the weight start to come off. Iv tried WW/SW and find it so demotivating to only loose a 1lb a week after trying so hard and always end up going back to my old ways, so am looking forward to seeing fast results.

Im 12st4lb and want to get down to 10st.

Well, wish me luck and Im sure I'll be on here for lots of tips/advice and insperation.
