Hi everyone,
I'm a newbie and need to lose around 1.5 stone to 2 stone before July (im going on holiday with my partners family and they are all really slim!)
I am currently a size 14 and weigh around 11 stone 10. I am 5'3"
Ideally i would love to be a size 10 or 12!
I was thinking of calorie counting and limiting myself to 1000 a day and doing some light exercises. I have access to my own wii and have the wii fit games, just dance and zumba, i have also got my own trampoline and flabelos machine.
Has anybody got any tips and a time scale i can do this in?
I was thinking of trying alli tablets for a little boost?? Has anybody tried this or any other tablets??
