I guys, my first ever attempt at weight watchers ( after a million other diet attempts ! ) started on monday and am doing it online ( have subscribed to this as have no spare time for meetings)

I hoe I am doing it right I am tracking everything, I am worried that jam eating to much as I am not allowing myself to get hungry,I have been snacking on fruit and things like cucumber and cherry tomatoes, I know these have a 0 point value but does that really mean you can eat an unlimited amount ?

I am sure as time goes on I will have a million and one other questions but just wanted to drop in and say hi xx
