Hi guys!!starting CD tomorrow!!so nervous!going to Portugal in 6 weeks so that's my first goal!been reading threads for inspiration!so here we go, bring it on!!i'll let you know how the first meeting goes tomorrow!!!no scales at home so not sure of start weight!

Thanks guys!first meeting this evening, weigh in at 11stone 5pounds. Planning to do 3 weeks SS and then see where I'm at!nervous about starting in morning.got chocolate tetra bricks, I hope they taste ok!!!!how r u getting on?!anyone on the tetra bricks?!
