    Hi All...

    My name if Jayne, I'm 35 and mum to one gorgeous little boy Lewis, who will be 4 in July!

    I started my diet in June 2006 and between than and August 2007 managed to lose 3 st 10lbs needing to lose another 2 st to hit my so called 'ideal weight'. Then we had a lot of stress in our lives (that's been resolved and we moved house) and since then have put 1st 10lbs back on.

    So I'm here to start the journey again with 3st 10lbs to lose to hit my'ideal weight'.

    Look forward to meeting you all, sharing the ups and downs, the tears and the joy...

    OMG I've just read that back and there are so many spelling mistakes!

    Sorry I can usually spell, just feeling abit down this evening haven't had a good day and I'm feeling like a fat flump!

    I'm doing healthy eating and exercise, so watching the calories. It's what I did last time and worked for me so I'll start with this and see how I go.
