Newbies food diary, water challenge and C25k log...

I'm back!

Officially had four days off plan - whoops! Shouldn't happen again for a while though, and we did have a fab weekend away with friends, with lots of lovely sunshine, so I can't complain.

Hoping to go food shopping later as the cupboards are bare, and that's a dangerous thing in this house!

Dreading WI tomorrow, but fully expect a big gain, and will draw a line under it and move on. Just bought a very nice size 14 top in the sales, so feeling happy too :)

Ended up trying lots of trousers on last night, as I'm at the in-between sizes stage... My 16s are all getting to the point where I can take them off without unfastening them (!) but 14s are too tight... It's such a good feeling to know I'm not far off 14!!!!!!! *does a little dance around the bedroom*

I've settled for a fat free yoghurt and a fudge. Even sent DH to the shop for a curly wurly so I could freeze it but they didn't have any :-(

Had THE BEST WI today! 3lb off for me, and 5lb off for DH :)
