Nothing specifically for Halloween but I'm on my way to meet a friend and we are both getting tattoos done this evening. Then we are going for dinner & coincidently, my oh & some of our friends are out drinking tonight & it's right nr the tattoo place so we'll pop in there after. No idea what I'll eat but I haven't used any Syns today & I don't plan on drinking so should be ok.

I lost 1.5lb tonight, got slimmer of the week & was voted miss slinky, amazing!!!

I am aiming for 3lb loss next week, i am going to continue exercising, enjoying my syns & i am going to make lots of SS Soup to eat.

I also don't think i mentioned that i got slimmer of the month last week :D

I've been really struggling the last few days, all I want to do is eat everything in sight & I don't really feel like cooking or preparing food, so it's chocolate n stuff which is to hand. I've gone off boiled eggs for breakfast, so am struggling to work out what to have.

Thats good to know, it must just be the time of year.

I weigh in on Mondays, i am hoping to get my 1 1/2 st award this week- only 1lb to loose!
