Saturday & Sunday i stuck to plan but didn't record what i ate; i was out in London all day on Saturday (took snacks with me & ate sushi for lunch, then home for dinner) and Sunday i was a bluewater all afternoon (again, took snacks, bought small snacks in waitrose- within syns)

Just weighed in & i have lost 1/2 lb. Not as much as i had hoped but better than sts or gain, especially as i had a day where went mad on syns & had 2 days of not properly keeping track. I got my bronze body magic award tonight, so another sticker for my book and starting to build up some really healthy habits :D

Plan of action for the next week: lots of SS soup (this time i will actually make it and not just say it!) I am also starting to work towards my silver body magic award now, so i need to step my exercise up, which is defo do-able. I need to start a longer jogging route, restart my KB's (OH has advised i do less reps but 1 more set while i get used to my new weight) plus he has a new punch bag which i am yet to have a go on as i need to get my own pads, but that might be worth prioritising.

I am also going to keep an eye on my 1/3 super free, ensure i am using syns as a last resort (and ensuring i have lots of free things to snack on) ensure i am drinking lots and i am considering reducing my syns to the lower end of the scale and trying 5 syns/day again to try to boost my loss so i can not only achieve my 1.5 st award next week but my club 10 too.

What's sushi like for syns is it high? I love sushi!


Its lovely isn't it! According to the SW website, basic fish sushi is 2 syns per 100g, but i like the california rolls & i think they can be more as they sometimes have avocado or cream cheese and other things in them. However i think they are a safer bet when grabbing lunch on the hop, rather than, say a sandwich.

Next time i get some in M&S i will use the snackulator to calculate the syns properly. I make a salad with smoked salmon, cold cooked white rice, shredded cucumber, spring onion & carrot & season it with soy sauce, it tastes a lot like sushi & its free!

I weighed in today & have lost 3.5lb, i am so happy!! :D

I'd been hoping for my 1.5st & club 10 for a few weeks now & one of my goals when i joined SW was to achieve my Club 10 before my engagement party (this Saturday) but due to some smaller losses in recent weeks i didn't think i'd get it, but i finally got around to making loads of SS Soup & i really think thats what boosted my loss this week. I am going to continue having it over the next week so i can hopefully STS next weekend after the party and staying in a hotel for the night (plus hangover food the following day) I also got SOTW!

I also got my engagement ring back today, i had it made 4 sizes smaller!!
