After a weekend feeling sorry for myself for no apparent reason & eating my way through my emotions (which obviously didn't help) i am now back on it, WI tonight and still hoping for a loss, even only a little.

I always get to a point when having been successfully eating healthily for a period of time, i then start having obsessional thoughts about stuffing my face with chocolate and carbs or anything filling or sweet. I have in the past binge eaten and i guess i still get spates of that urge which has always led me to give in and give up. I am determined not to do either, this is just my thoughts playing tricks on me and trying to trip me up. I need to work out some coping mechanisms so that i can ride them out and start feeling positive again, this time will be different, I CAN DO IT!!!!

I'm having one of those miserable days again where all i want to do is eat, i really don't know what the best way to deal with this is, give in & then get over it, or continue trying to fight it? I also don't have any healthy snacks in reach- all my fruit has been eaten & shopping day isn't until Tuesday, so i need to go out & get some today.

Feeling better today, although expecting a significant gain this week; feeling better and have hopefully shaken last weeks feelings off. Also came on yesterday which could have explained my low mood for the last couple of weeks (!) Plus i am selling a flat which is stressful and thinking about planing my wedding and buying next property, so maybe i need to give myself a break?!

Saturday & Yesterday were on plan except lunch on saturday but didn't drink & chloe made a 'healthy' meal, yesterday we decided to go out for dinner (again!) we both had pork belly & didn't drink.
