I know lins, i'm weird sometimes! I sometimes dont have an appetite and other times want to eat the world. I only eat when i'm hungry and until i feel comfortably full :) I have a lot of problems with indigestion/acid reflux also so i tend to eat things i know wont affect that lol..do u have a diary ? :)

Hey Peeps! Didnt get chance to get on here yesterday as was doing housework in the day and had a 50th birthday party at night! Didnt eat much in the day so i dont think i went over my allowance. Had a bit of buffet but stuck to the healthier options.

Today i've just chilled out and watched films :) Just watched K9, hehe, such a cute film :)

Not really ate much today, not been hungry.

Not sure whats for tea but had 496 so far :), will try update later, if not it will be tomorrow!

Lins, i use MFP, find it really helpful, i know its an effort doing it sometimes but if u do it 100% it can really help you :)

What exercise do you do??? I'm trying to run on the treadmill at the moment but i struggle to do it for very long lol x

Exercise wise i do 50-100 lunges, 60 reps of weights on my arms & 50 leg lifts (25 each side). I do this every night. I do have a treadmill which i used to use 3 times a week but go really bored, so i started to work on toning instead, i do miss the running though. I completed the Couch to 5k a at the beginning of the year where you start doing walking/running intervals for a few mins each time and gradually increase it over 9 weeks until you can run for 20 mins without walking :) It was really challenging but i felt amazing when i'd completed it!

I've just downloaded that plan to start next week!! your routine sounds good though I've just started doing a few toning bits some weights in the gym then
Sit ups and stuff at home will have to try lunges! Your doing so well with your exercise keep it up :) x
 
Ahh brill! The c25k is so good, and u'll be suprised how much fitter u feel within a few weeks :)

Hey everyone, just a quick on as corries on :)

Sorry not been on but been camping! Loved it! Was really snug in our tent with the dogs & our heater :)

Food wasnt so good friday, had mcdonalds, but sat and today been really good. Havent used myfitnesspal since fri though, naughty! Just havent had the time. I have totted up my calories though & have been within my allowance both days. Back to logging it all tomorrow :)

3 Prunes (Yuck, yuck and more yuck) but been told to have them to help my digestion problems. Gonna start off small & try have 3 -4 a day lol

Hey hun loving ur diary. Its made me want to asda and stock up! I like ur exercise routine at home. I think I will start with a few lunges and sit ups and build myself up. Youve had fab losses everyweek. In the right direction. Good luck for next week :) xx

SO sorry not been on! Not been able to get on the internet as was having problems with it and for some reason i cant get on this website on my phone!

Have been super good all week apart from today! Yes thats right, i decide that i want to be miss piggy the day before weigh in lol, we'll see how i do tomorrow hopefully i've not done too much damage.

Will be back posting my diary from tomorrow :) You do NOT wanna see what ive shovelled in today hahaha, xxx
