well it *should?* be chinese night but Dh is away for the weekend to whitley bay and im going out tomorrow night for a girly cinema night so think ill have my treat night then!!
 
well the cinema night turned into a massive (no cinema) binge drinking session with my mum. i have blanks and drank wayyyyy to much. didnt eat at all yesterday. yukkkkkk to 2 day hangovers!
 
havnt been doing great on the whole eating thing. didnt eat at all on sunday because of my hangover :-(

on monday i had a roll and bacon at breakfast, so about what.....5pts?

then nothing till 11pm when Wully brought me in a big mac and a diet coke! dont think i was over points but still not very healthy. i still feel horrible from my night out and have a huge cold :-((

my stomach feels horrible from the bigmac last night, had a bad runny tummy this morning. first mcds in 17weeks!!

hello everyone, im back!! but im also about a stone heavier lol no joke, even when i came home i have eaten *****. so today is a restart for me!!
 
Holidays are for enjoying hun!!!!
was it good??

I am off to my holiday in just over 8 weeks time - I plan to try adn get at least a stone off for the holiday, but I dont mind gaining half a stone for the week I am there - it is all inclusive of course!
And then back on it when I get back home.
