Yeah hun, i meant the sweets and crisps. We are quite alike i think, would spend all our points on treats and junk food if we could. Even tho i am the same i am trying hard to eat more flling and healthy things. Just dont buy those things for a week and buy some fruit/veg to have instead and see how you feel. my taste for those things is going slowly, i still have binge problems but im not eating so much rubbish (and by rubbish i mean food that doesnt do us any good, like sugary, fatty foods) They are so nice but they dont fill us up which is the most important thing to keep us on track!

My only worry for you hun is that you will stop losing weight and then you will have to be eating such a low amount of points to even have any losses, that you will make youself ill and maybe encourage some bad eating habits that go somewhere serious.
If you up you points for a week, to 18 or even 16, and then the week after up it by 2 again, and again depending on how manyyou should be on. You will get used to eating more and not feel overwhelmed and guilty. BUT you have to stick to the increased points, NO exceptions!!!!!
Thats just my thoughts tho, obviously im not a doctor or anything. Hopefully you can eat a bit more and it will kickstart some fab losses for yoU!
 
thanks so much katie :) you are so right you know! i dont have much in just now so im just trying to live off what i have in the freezer, but will do big shop next week. im in kent next week visiting my sister whos having a baby boy!! :)))))))

i might not WI tomorrow, and then just WI when i come home next sunday? not sure how the dinners will go when im there, shes not the healthiest at the best of the time lol

we are taking the kids so she has 5 and i have 3 so im sure running about after 8 kids will keep me busy! can see me eating lots of toast and beans next week :)

How are you getting on with the 18pt plan? Katie is absolutely right, you need to get into a mind set of eating all your points or at least most of them, because if not you're going to end up starving yourself to get to goal and the likelihood is you'll either get really sick from it and developed disordered eating patterns, or you will gain the weight again because you've denied yourself xxx
