Night shift work

Any tips from any shift workers.
Did my normal day of 3 sachets yesterday and water. Slept for a couple of hours before my nightshift. Had one sachet of chocolate at 3am this morning.
Got home at 9am, went to bed, woke up at 1pm and had lunch (toffee & walnut).
Any tips from other shift workers??????:wave_cry:

I'm not a shiftworker but I would think that as long as you fit in 3 shakes plus your water into 24hrs then you are onto a winner :D xxx
