Ha Ha I was the same! My CDC said to try and drink most of my water by 7PM, this seems to help so far

Lol I was ok last night I slept all the way thru but when I woke up.. omg my tummy was so full and I had to run to the loo.. It was the best wee of my life lol.. tmi?? x

Ha - if I don't drink enough late enough I get woken up with muscle cramps at 5am so it's one or the other really!

Today at work I sat through an hour long conference call and drank an evian 75cl bottle of water....when it finished i was crossing my legs!
