Nightmare week

    I have been doing so well with the CD but just seem to have totally fallen off the wagon this week :cry:

    My CDC has gone on holiday for 3 weeks so it is nearly a 4 week gap between weigh ins and my motivation has completely disappeared.

    The trouble is that having lost 20lbs and got down to a size 14 I have already started to feel really happy with my shape and have had loads of compliments. I think this makes my brain think I have reached goal and I no longer need to keep going.

    Every day I have my morning shake and then it gets to lunch and I end up having something I shouldnt do. I dont tend to eat in the evenings so at least that is something and have been doing quite a lot of exercise so despite eating, I havent actually put on any weight this week.

    I have got a dinner at mine tomorrow night - bad timing I know, but sometimes you cant put your whole life on hold. Anyway, will enjoy the food and wine and try and get back on the wagon on Saturday. I really wanted to lose another 10lbs whilst my CDC was away which I know is still achievable.

    Anyone else out there a bit like me or got any advice??!!!!

    Stick with it, it's worth it and you know it is..... I guess we all have to cope however we can with these diets, and as long as you can get back on track then just enjoy the time off. However, remember some will go back on just because you're eating normally again.

    Hope you can get back into 'the zone' anyway in the next few days.

    ooo sounds just like my story.... i wake up with every will to be good then i get to lunch and i dont get full so i have something extra.
    i have found sitting down to have your meal then gtting up afterwards and emersing yourself in clearing up stops you having that pointless extra thing.
    just focus on your goals hun im sure you will get back on it. you can loose the 10lbs easily :)
