Does anyone work nights? If so when do you have your shakes?

I'm going to be doing a nightshift on saturday and sunday. Was thinking of taking two during the day and then one at night. So one for breakfast, one just before i go to work and one at about 1am.

I don't do night but I do lates, So I have my first shake about an hour before I go to work at 2pm then soup about 7.30pm-8.00pm then I nibble on my exante bar and make sure I don't eat after 10pm. Just really a case of spreading them out as evenly as you feel best :eek:
I do nights, and all I do is move my shakes on about 3 hours. I am nights tonight, I work 6-6 so I had a shake about Midday, then one when I got to work abotu 7pm then I have the other one about 1am.

This is how I worked it last year when I was on lipotrim, and it never had no effect on my losses.

Yeah - when I was TFRing I wouldn't have my first one till lunch time, then one at tea time and one in the night. I'd have one when I got home in the morning before going to bed then one at tea time after I got up and the other in the night again. It just means when you return to going to bed at night you need to fit 2 shakes in in between getting up in the afternoon and going back to bed. xx
