nighttime nibbling

Im the same every night, I usually have Alpen Light bar 3 syns, cheese and slices of ham, a penguin biscuit is 5.5 syns. skips and quavers crisps are 5.5, happy munching

What about slimming world chips (free) cooked till crispy then left to cool. I like them sprinkled with a bit of salt and nibble them with a glass of wine.

hi again, i hear there's some controversy regarding the chickpea cake regarding syns, anyone know the outcome?

I enjoy Mikado's. 6 sticks and only 3 syns. I also make my own crisps in the microwave. I know some people would say that they're not free but I've asked my consultant and she said that they are.

I get the sugar free jelly pots - only half a syn a pot. Although I think Hartley's jelly pots are free.

Also the WW yoghurt desserts are nice and free, but they don't taste like yoghurts. Great flavours...lemon cheesecake, strawberry tart...they're great.

Oooh - crisps? How?! (and why would some people say they are/aren't syn free?)

Walls Twister ice creams, think they're either 2 or 2 1/2 syns.

Olives aren't too bad either.

That's for the mini (50ml) ones - the normal (80g)ones are 4 syns. Good value syns though!!!

Olives too - num num num
