Had a good day today, been busy putting video of grand daughter on to DVD so too busy to think about snacking might do some more tomorrow :8855:

Today is a EE Day
B’fast – 2 slices wm toast, 2 slices light cheese slice, 2 eggs, bacon, and mushrooms
Lunch – Crabsticks with Salad leaves, cuecumber and tomato with Mayo (2 syns)
Dinner – Homemade mousakka (8 syns) with side salad
Snacks – Raspberries, Muller light, Banana
HeA – 2 slices of light cheese
HeB – wm bread
Syns – 10

Thanks Sarah83, I'm glad you enjoy them, I find by writing them down it keeps me from eating something I shouldn't.
I weighed today and lost 1lb, tried doing EE all week and was expecting a better loss, so going to try Red this week with perhaps a couple of Green days, it will be interesting to see next Monday what I lose.

Snacks – Banana, Muller light, Melon

I know my lunch and dinner was almost the same, but I do enjoy salad, and Monday is always left over day and I couldn’t think what to do with the Turkey and so salad it was!

Today is a RED Day
B’fast – 42g crunchy bran, vanilla Muller light, banana,
Lunch – Homemade Quiche, (made with quorn sausages, onion, pepper, mushrooms, 3 eggs, quark, mozzarella cheese) (1HeA)
Dinner – Lambs kidneys, mushrooms cooked in Philadelphia XL (4.5 syns) salad, apple, mayo (2 syns)
Snacks – Muller light yog, homemade fruit salad, Tinned pineapple in juice (Hex B)
HeA – 42g mozzarella cheese, milk,
HeB – Cereal, Tinned pineapple,
Syns – 6.5
Made a big mistake today, thought I would use Philadelphia cheese to make a sauce with my kidneys and mushrooms but thought it would an Hex A, I since found out you can only count it as a Hex B on a green day, and I used 85g as this is a portion for it, not to bad as only 1.5 per 28g, so only 4.5 syns will not make that mistake again!!!!

Oooh how did you make your 1.5syn choc brownies?

Hi Sarah, it was in the SW Delicious Desserts book, you will need
142g ready to eat prunes, no stones (10 syns)
3 tbsp water
1 sachet ovaltine options, chocolate (2 syns)
2 level tbsp very lf nat fromage frais
3 egg whites
7 level tbsp canderel
1 level tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla essence
71g plain flour (12.5 syns)
28g walnuts chopped (10 syns)

  1. Preheat oven to 180c,350F,gas4
  2. Put prunes and water in liquidizer blend till smooth
  3. grease and line a 15cm square cake tin with greaseproof paper
  4. mix the options into the f.frais, Beat the prune puree with egg whites, sugar salt and vanilla. add the f.frais and stir until smooth, then gently fold in the flour
  5. spoon into cake tin, smooth the surface and sprinkle with walnuts. cook for 45 mins, or until just firm to the touch. Cool in the tin and cut into 1" sq's,
makes 32 pieces at 1 syn per piece, I though however do not like walnuts so I left them out also I cut into 16 pieces making it 1.5 syns a piece,
I think i needed to cook it for a bit longer, as it was a little squiggy, but it was ok you could always adapt it to your own liking
Now it didn't say if you were suppose to whisk the egg whites before adding, so i didn't but next time i will and see if there is a different, will let you know!
 
Thanks - they sound really yummy, will have to try them. Don't fancy the prunes though so may use dried cranberries instead

Had a good day, didn't go out for a meal in the end due to oh not well, so had to cook lunch, so cooked sw style! weighin tomorrow hoping for a good result but will be happy if I lose anything just hope its alot :rolleyes:

Today I decided to do a green day tried the smash pizza, not sure I liked it found it very dry but I loved the magic porridge

Supper – 3 crackerbreads (3 syns) topped with 42g low fat cheese (HexB)
Snacks – Fruit salad topped with Muller light yog,
