Thursday 26th EE

Breakfast -- Wholemeal toast (heb) with a slice of ham.

Lunch -- Homemade veg soup, 1 slice of ham with sweetcorn,broccoli and 4 potato croquettes (8 syns). Wow didn't expect the croquettes to be that high in syns,won't be having them again!!

Dinner -- Turkey,1 m&s l/f sausage (1/2 syn) gravy (2 syns) sweetcorn,broccoli and mash.
