I have a client who does not possess any scales and it is lovely when I visit her for weigh in as she has no preconceived ideas on her weight. I visit a lot of my clients so I have a good lightweight set of scales ( that weight up to 28 stone plus) so they can all be weighed. It can be very frustrating when a client is weighed and she says but I weighed "x" this morning on my scales. Yes that was after spending a penny and virtually naked not at 5pm when you may have had 3 or 4 litres of water during the day.
