Hi- starting sw yet again but want to finally shift this weight. Heaviest I've ever been
Breakfast- coffee - couldn't eat
Lunch- spag Bol

Hea- milk and one light cheese slice
Dinner- beef in black bean with rice and mushrooms 5 syns + 3 syns for fried rice
Total- 8 syns
Joining class tomorrow night but its Monday so diet starting day lol
