What are the little things that you've noticed that you can do now, that you couldn't do before you started CD?

For me

I can tie my own shoelaces without getting red in the face and out of puff

I can cross my legs

I can walk into town without having to sit down half way there

I can fit in a seat (one of those attached to a table) with room to spare

My son can get his arms round me when he's hugging me and they meet in the middle

I don't wear elasticated waists anymore

I'm a smaller size than my Mum :D

I can run up the staires
Im 2lb lighter than my mum
My hubby finds boney bits instead of blubber
Im in size 16 jeans .
reading that back unfortunately cd hasn't improved my spelling.lol


getting slimmer
i can get back into the jeans i wore when me and my partner first got together (feeling moe attractive)

i have coller bones!!

i donr feel embarresed about going out.

I can...

- swim 32 lengths (1/2 mile) in 30 minutes (when I first started 4 weeks ago it took me 45 mins!!)

- fit into my size 14 jeans again

- I have collar bones!

- walk up and down the stairs at work without feeling puffed

- have loads more energy!!!

I've never wanted to wear jeans before because my legs were big, but now I fit in some 12's or 14's depending on the shop. I also walk a lot more than ever before, I take the stairs instead of the lift when I can and I wore a bikini from Primark (size 14) when I went on holiday to Florida and did not feel conspicuous. Just got to stay this way now

Here's a new one as of today

I went swimming for the first time in 16 years today, wouldn't have done that 6 months ago
