I thought we could share syn values and recipes using local products ie brennans bread, dennys ham etc etc??

Hey there Fellow Northern Irisher here.
Just mentioning Brennan's bread...does anyone use 2 slices of the wholemeal as their HE?

If you weigh the 2 slices of bread you can syn anything over the 60g allowance eg if 70g would count it as HEB+1syn, 80g HEB+2syns as a complete HE works out at 6 syns

Has anyone been able to find the banoffee activia snackpots? Been searching high and low for them with no success!
